Disposable Single Use USB Temperature Data Logger

The health care and food industry mainly needs the temperature to be monitored through the supply chain. The conventional data loggers have been a costly affair and the editable data does not give full authenticity.

The alternate solution is Disposable Single use temperature data logger which are very economical. These can be used for recording data  of  almost 8000 readings. If we record the data every 5 minutes this will record data for 27 days continuously. Depending upon the sampling rate, the duration of recording can be adjusted.

The settings can be adjusted before use as can be seen in this  image. We can set the high, extreme high, low , extreme low settings

There are 5 LEDs which will indicate the temperature condition as well. The indications are a under:

Acceptable Temperature – Green LED

Low Temperature Level – Blue Level L

Extreme Low Level – Blue Level LL

High Temperature Level – Red Level H

Extreme High Temperature Level – Red Level HH

After programming the thresh hold levels and the sampling rate, the data logger is ready for the trip. When the consignment is ready to start, just press the start button and it starts recording. Upon completion of the journey press the stop button and insert into a PC and without requirement of any special software, it will open the PDF document giving a full report.
