Our B2B growth from a $10 product to Millions in 20 countries, IoT & AI in 5 years through digital marketing
We started the company Vacker in Dubai during the year 2012 as a small electrical parts seller. We started selling single pieces of a temperature recording device ($10 each) in 2013 by cold calling.
Measuring & Recording systems – VackerGlobal
In the subsequent years, we started learning a lot about Digital marketing and started generating enquiries from around the world. In 2017, we had customers from 20 countries across the world including the USA and Europe. Our products are highly technical hardware products related to sensors, measurement and control devices mainly for air and liquid parameters.
Clients are mainly hospitals, pharma, airports, logistics, process industries, etc. Currently, we do not manufacture any products ourselves. Many of these products need some modification or value addition through software or hardware changes. We are associated with various manufacturers from EU and we promote their products across the world.
Now we have thousands of products ranging from $1,000.00 to $100,000.00, broadly in the following categories:
- Monitoring & Recording Systems for various commercial & industrial applications
- Leak detection for various industrial applications
- Remote recording systems integrated to cloud platforms
- Various sensors and measuring devices
- Control systems for air parameters.
Software division – Vacker360
As digital activities became a big part of our operations, we created a separate division for these activities. Thus, we recently started a separate division to take care of digital marketing activities, Data analytics, IoT and AI.
We are currently developing a solution for retail stores to generate more footfall and conversion by combining digital marketing, in-store data collection and analysis. Pilot project is ongoing.
